Version Upgradation to 1.19.1

CompletedJune 29, 2022 at 17 – June 24, 2022 at 9UTC

This scheduled maintenance is canceled because there are some issues regarding with the Report systems provided from Mojang. It seems version 1.19.1 will be a "bad release" because of the new chat systems. You can read more about the 1.19.1-pre1 from this link : https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/vhiwc0/a_5minute_dance_minecraft_1191_prerelease_1_is_out/

I'm aware if the 1.19.1 is already under the Pre-release (1.19.1-pre-1) state. I will update the server version soon as possible if PaperMC & Velocity devs give some updates about their software in version 1.19.1. The scheduled maintenance time is not final. I will change the time if necessary.
